Empowering Student Entrepreneurship through AI, Innovation and Sustainable Business
LAUNCH-INNO-LAB is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in Higher Education focused on supporting innovation and entrepreneurial skills among students.
The project brings together higher education institutions and a non-governmental organisation from Bulgaria, Lithuania and Türkiye to develop practical learning opportunities in artificial intelligence, digital tools, ESG, circular economy, startup development and business mentoring.
Practical AI tools for business idea development, market analysis, innovation and startup management.
Support for students in developing, testing and presenting innovative startup ideas.
Integration of ESG principles, circular economy and environmentally responsible business models.
Direct interaction between students, entrepreneurs, mentors, academics and business experts.

This work package ensures the overall coordination, planning and quality implementation of the LAUNCH-INNO-LAB project. Through effective management of activities, communication and partnership processes, it supports the achievement of the project objectives and sustainable results.

The Design Thinking Seminars encourage students to identify real problems, generate ideas and develop practical solutions through a creative and user-centred approach. Participants go through a process of analysis, teamwork and idea validation related to innovation and sustainable development.

This work package introduces students to the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools for the development of entrepreneurial ideas. The focus is on the practical application of AI in research, planning, business model creation and presentation of innovative solutions.

Mentoring Café creates a space for interaction between students, mentors, experts and representatives of organisations. The format supports participants through feedback, practical guidance and inspiration for the further development of their ideas and prototypes.

This work package focuses on promoting the project, its activities, results and good practices to a wider audience. Through communication activities, events and partner networks, it supports the use, visibility and long-term impact of the project outcomes.
