LAUNCH-INNO-LAB is implemented through five interconnected work packages covering project management, student training, digital and AI skills, mentoring, dissemination and long-term use of the project results.
Seminars are organised in the partner countries to introduce students to design thinking, ESG principles, circular economy and sustainable entrepreneurship.
Each partner analyses the main challenges, training needs and entrepreneurial barriers identified during the seminars.
The results from all partner countries are consolidated in order to identify the priority learning topics for the AI and entrepreneurship training programme.
Students receive support in developing the digital and AI components of their startup ideas.
Students present their entrepreneurial ideas before experts, mentors and other participants and receive practical feedback.
A survey and needs analysis are conducted to identify students’ existing knowledge, skills gaps and expectations related to AI, digital tools and entrepreneurship.
A specialised training course is developed, combining artificial intelligence, digital tools, entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainable business practices.
The training content is translated and adapted to the national contexts of the partner countries.
The course is tested with students through practical tasks, exercises and the application of AI tools to real entrepreneurial ideas.
Mentoring meetings are organised between students, entrepreneurs, business experts, academics and mentors.
Participants explore real business cases, challenges and practical examples from startup development.
Students work in small groups and receive personalised mentoring on their business ideas.
Feedback is collected from participants and mentors, and the impact of the mentoring activities is analysed.
