LAUNCH-INNO-LAB is dedicated to equipping students with the entrepreneurial, digital and innovation skills needed to develop and manage successful startup ideas.
The project places a strong focus on artificial intelligence, digital tools, sustainable business models, ESG principles, circular economy and practical cooperation between students, universities, mentors and representatives of the business sector. As higher education and the labour market continue to evolve, students need more than theoretical knowledge.
They need practical experience, access to modern technologies and opportunities to test their ideas in a real entrepreneurial environment. Through LAUNCH-INNO-LAB, students are supported in transforming innovative ideas into structured, sustainable and digitally enabled startup concepts.
To achieve these goals, the project combines face-to-face and online learning, practical workshops, mentoring activities, business simulations and international knowledge exchange. Our key activities include:
Interactive seminars introducing students to design thinking, ESG principles,
circular economy, sustainable innovation and entrepreneurial problem-solving.
Research and analytical activities aimed at
identifying the main skills gaps, learning needs and challenges faced by student entrepreneurs in Bulgaria,
Lithuania and Türkiye.
Practical support for students in integrating artificial intelligence,
digital tools and innovative technologies into their startup concepts.
Opportunities for students to present their business ideas, receive expert
feedback and improve their entrepreneurial proposals.
A structured training programme teaching students how to
use artificial intelligence and digital tools for business idea development, market analysis, planning,
innovation and sustainable startup management.
A practical mentoring format connecting students with entrepreneurs, business experts,
academics and young researchers who can support them in moving from an initial idea to a viable startup
concept.
Hands-on activities allowing students to explore real
entrepreneurial challenges and apply their knowledge in practice.
International activities and events supporting cooperation
between students, universities, business organisations and innovation stakeholders.
